New Kitchen Knife

Helped a guy from work make this one.  He is very interested in knife making and wanted to work through the process on how to build a knife.  This one is from O1 toolsteel, full flat grind.  The handle material is stabalized amboyna wood and it is off the hook.  Pins are brass corby bolts.  Real nice knife for a first build.

  2. This is a review of the Wusthof Classic santoku knife that is typically sold in most high end retail kitchen stores and department stores. For years Wusthof has manufactured extremely high quality chef knifes and in the past 15 years has introduced their version of the very popular Japanese santoku knifes to the market. The first thing you will notice as you grab a Wusthof santoku knife is that it is extremely well balanced from the blade to the handle. knife
